It is very important that you make certain that the product that you are purchasing from Bath & Spa Parts Online is the correct item for your bath, hot tub, or pool. There are certain items that we do not accept returns on.

The following items are not returnable:

Any item that has been installed or attempted to install.
Any item that has been damaged during installation.
Circuit Boards
Pumps & Motors
Spa Packs / Spa Control Systems
Any Electrical items.
Tools (Spa Installation Tools, Electrical Tools, etc)

All other items may be returned to us within 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF ITEM for exchange or refund less restocking & shipping costs listed below.

We do not credit back shipping charges or pay return shipping.
20% Restocking on ALL returns.
NO RETURNS after 30 Days of receipt of order (NO EXCEPTIONS)

Please contact us for an (RGA) Returned Goods Authorization number prior to returning. All returns must have this number clearly on the outside of the package that you are returning.
Packages returned without RGA will be refused at the warehouse.
Please include a copy of your order invoice inside the return package.
