** There is NO return on any electrical items i.e. sensors, circuit boards, spa packs, pumps etc.

All other items may be returned to us within 14 days of receipt for exchange or refund less restocking & shipping costs.

• We do not credit back shipping charges or pay return shipping
• 20% Restocking on all returns
• NO RETURNS after 30 Days of receipt of order (no exceptions)

• Please contact us for an (RGA) Returned Goods Authorization prior to returning.
• Packages returned without RGA will be refused at the warehouse.
• Please include a copy of your order inside the return package.
